We're those people that still get ice cream in the chillier months. A dinner in Montclair then a stop at @icecreamlabmontclair for dessert is our perfect night, anytime.

@empirenutritionnj is our local spot for acai bowls and healthy treats and smoothies. What's cool is that they also have actual meals to eat and meal prep options for your work week. They have EVERYTHING fufilling and nourishing for your diet. Don't forget they have candy too, we all need our sugar kick!
